  I am always so excited to go to the gift and linen show!!!!  I get to see all the new colors and trends for the new year.  This year one color that is making a comeback is yellow,  some are making it funky and bright like in the picture, and others are making it very subtle and warm, with the mix of greys, and whites. So all you ladies out there with yellow walls will be happy, you don't have to repaint.  Another color making a huge comeback is grey, Pansy from RJS Trading says " Grey is the new Beige".   I saw it in differant textures, in quilts, in duvet covers, in knits, from modern to traditional.  The trend now is mix and match, make it your own. We have always been doing that around here. I find it a bit boring to buy just one pattern, some may call that a "bed in a bag".  It's fun to put your personal style to it, to co-ordinate with your room, and the feel you want to have.  We start with a base and then layer it with color and texture, some like it simple and others like lots, it's all up to you.  I have lots of plans, so I will keep in touch when some of the new looks arrive...................Marcey
